Assistant Manager R&D
The position will support the development and improvement of food products in alignment with company goals and customer needs. This role involves overseeing research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Job Description
- Assist in the formulation and development of new food products and improvement of existing products based on market trends and consumer feedback.
- Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends and technologies to inform R&D initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Prepare project plans and reports for management.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance departments to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
- Oversee product testing, sensory evaluation, and shelf-life studies.
- Analyze data and provide insights for product improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of R&D activities, including formulation changes, testing results, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education: Master in Food Technology
Experience: 4-5 Years of work experience in R&D within a food industry
Location: This position is based in Lahore.
