The Senior Manager Planning is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Developing comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts for seeds, chemical products, plant nutrients, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, weedicides, cotton, maize, canola rice, mastered, sun flower, Bajra, Alfalfa, sesame, organic matter, potash, zinc, sulfur, NPK, etc.
- Continuously monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules to meet changing demand and resolve any production issues.
- Utilizing forecasting models and tools to predict future sales trends and translate these forecasts into actionable production plans.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Preparing and presenting production planning reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s production planning and sales forecasting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and support business objectives.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Agriculture/MBA or relevant field

Job Description:
The Senior Manager Finance is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Monitor / supervise timely preparation of monthly financial statements, review and analyze these statements to identify any errors and take corrective actions accordingly.
- Develops and maintains a financial accounting system for cash management, inter-company transfer, credit control, and petty cash.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Review / monitor invoicing, receipts, debtor control, debit and credit notes, and other matters related to debtors and revenue.
- Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Manages the acquisition of capital assets and sanctions that they are properly recorded.
