Position: Head of Infrastructure Technology
Requirements:
- Masters in Computer Engineering / Science with SAP Certifications (BASIS) and working knowledge of SAP SOLMAN.
- 10-15 Years’ experience working in large organization at a senior level in IT. At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
- 2-4 SAP Implementation cycles as Infrastructure Lead – BASIS, Hardware Setup, Networks, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the delivery of IT services, including Operations, infrastructural systems, DR site operations, etc.
- Define & Implement IT Processes, Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance to standards.
- Responsible for ensuring availability of all datacenter, network, servers & storages with optimum performance & capacity.
- Responsible for ensuring availability of all Core Business and Non-Core Business Application related components to keep the landscape highly available at optimum performance.
- Developing and monitoring work plans for projects, e.g., upgrades, new implementations, identifying resource requirements, and monitoring project work against standards.
