– Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and banking documents
– Monitor and maintain accurate shipment schedules, ensuring timely communication with all necessary stakeholders.

– Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in export documentation.
– Strong understanding of international trade laws, export procedures, and compliance regulations.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation software/tools.
– Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
