𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Relationship Manager – Liabilities (multiple positions)
𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Karachi, Hyderabad
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 : Graduate/Master’s degree from a university recognized by HEC
𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Awareness of market and industry trends
■ Understanding of internal banking processes
■ Proficiency in computer skills
■ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
■ Relationship management and sales skills
■ Negotiating and influencing skills
■ Analytical and problem-solving skills
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ To achieve the agreed sales target by soliciting fresh and existing customers as per agreed Bank’s sales process, policy and strategy.
■ To keep customers informed of new products/services and promotional activity.
■ To promote the highest level of customer service and responsiveness to customers
■ To achieve assigned branch banking liability target by following the Sales Management Process.
■ To assure strict adherence to KYC/AML, account opening policy/procedures/SBP Policies/circulars/FEX Manual.
■ Maintain sales call report file on daily basis
■ Maintain pipe line report file on weekly, monthly basis
■ To refer leads to concern department of consumer products like car Ijarah if during sale any enquiry form customer arises.
■ To follow the sales management process on a regular basis.
■ To maintain a close coordination with the Operations staff to provide prompt and excellent service to the banks customers.
