POSITION: SECURITY SUPERVISOR
- Qualification: Matric/Intermediate
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Location: Nazimabad Five Star roundabout, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the security team, handling training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold security policies to safeguard against theft, vandalism, and security threats.
- Incident Management: Respond to and investigate security breaches and emergencies, preparing detailed reports.
- Monitoring: Supervise surveillance and patrols, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Collaboration: Work with law enforcement and emergency services, fostering professional relationships.
- Training: Conduct regular safety and emergency response training for security staff.
- Risk Assessment: Identify security risks and recommend enhancements to improve facility safety.
- Reporting: Maintain thorough logs of incidents, daily operations, and reports for management review.
