SHOPPER MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Represent Shopper insights in annual marketing plan development.
- Identify shopper behavior triggers, barriers & understand shopper engagement across channels in the stationery category.
- Develop comprehensive shopper marketing program with resource planning & KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales, based on annual plan, to set category priorities as directed by Head of Marketing.
- Develop and agree on budget for shopper activation programs, create channel & retailer proposals based on strategic fit.
- Execute and monitor shopper marketing programs, including creative agency briefings.
- Review & monitor activation spends and third-party provider performance, implementing improvements.
- Lead execution activities for timely delivery of activation KPIs. Mediate between external providers & internal stakeholders.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills:
- Marketing graduate, with 3 years’ experience in trade and shopper marketing domains having good contacts in modern trade channels. Hands-on in different sales distribution management systems would be a plus.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
