“Front Desk Officer” required in Dr. Ziauddin Hospital (Head Office) Pakistan – North Campus, Karachi.
Candidate will be responsible for mentioned below tasks:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to intract effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Greet and assist insurance company representatives and general corporate clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Address inquiries and concerns from both insured and general corporate clients, providing accirate information and timelty assistance.
- Manage payment arrangements and billing inquiries for general corporate clients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide information about hospital services, pricing, and payment option to general corporate clients.
- Excellent time managment and orgamnization skills
Education & Skills: Bachelor & Good communication skills
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
