Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an “Executive Maintenance” to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist to Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cooling towers, including water quality and treatment.
-Assist to Inspect, maintain, and repair Air Handling Units (AHUs), ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
-Support the team to Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Air Conditioning (AC) systems, including compressors, refrigerant systems, and electrical components.
-Carry out preventive maintenance with team on molding machines, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
-Assist in maintaining robotic systems, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, and implement upgrades.
-Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, perform root cause analysis.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
-Generate maintenance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
-Work closely with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
-Provide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff.
-Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
-Verify and revise SOPs used in maintenance, if required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to the job.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of utility systems and manufacturing equipment.
-Strong knowledge of cooling towers, AHUs, AC units, molding machines, and robotic systems.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities.
