Bachaa Party Jobs QC Executive (Hardline):
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐐𝐂 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Conduct thorough inspections of Hardline products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications (Toys, Infant Accessories, Jewelry, Stationary & Party Supplies)
o Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for Hardline products.
o Monitor and evaluate the production processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
o Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities.
o Work closely with production/procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
o Recommend and implement improvements to the quality control process.
o Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.
o Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in Hardline products.
o Retail experience is mandatory.
o Strong understanding of quality control standards, procedures, and testing methodologies for Hardline products.
