Electropolymers Private Limited Jobs Sr Executive Accounts:
Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire a “Sr. Executive Accounts”.
Responsibilities:
-Record sales invoices and maintain the sales ledger.
-Prepare customer receivable reports and reconcile them with ledgers.
-Follow up with customers regarding receipts.
-Create monthly blanket orders.
-Maintain sales item-wise and customer-wise records in Odoo (ERP).
-Maintain proper sales invoice files along with delivery challans (DCs).
-Prepare monthly stock reports for sales tax returns.
-Submit monthly stock reports and receivable reports to our bank.
-Assist the Finance department in forecasting fund positions.
-Update the price list Report.
-Work on Annexure-A and Annexure-C for monthly sales tax returns.
-Manage withholdings of goods, services, SRB, and 149.
-Reconcile all tax-related ledgers, including input tax, output tax, and refunds.
Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as BBA, or any other relevant certification.
-Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
