Bachaa Party Jobs Quality Control Executive:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Conduct thorough quality inspections of apparel products at various stages of production, including fabric inspection, stitching, and finishing.
o Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards to relevant stakeholders.
o Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
o Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
o Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements and specifications.
o Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality inspections and findings.
o Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in apparel quality control.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
o Proven experience in quality control within the apparel industry, with a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
o Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, standards, and regulations applicable to apparel manufacturing.
o Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
