Position: Finance Executive
Location: Karachi
Education: ACCA/ICMA part qualified.
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience, Article ship experience would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and prepares financial statements and accounting reports for Senior and departmental
management as well as external parties like the government as and when need on monthly basis. - Monthly and periodical filing of all regulatory returns such as GST, income tax, withholding tax, EOBI,
SESSI, SECP etc. Also responding to the notices issued by the relevant authorities. - All invoices, incoming and outgoing payments in SAP including monthly salaries.
- Timely reconciling all account head in SAP so that real time Profit Loss and Balance Sheet is available in
SAP. - Maintain GL records and prepares all necessary reports and correspondence related to the work.
- Reporting of actual expenses and monitoring of expenses against budget of each department.
- Performs related work as assigned from time to time by the Manager Accounts.
