Position: Officer General Procurement
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s in Supply Chain Management
Minimum experience: 01-04 years’ experience of working in General Procurement Department specifically in reputed Pharmaceutical Company. Promotional Items experience is mandatory
Job Description:
- Sourcing of minimum 03 Vendors for all items for the purpose of Smooth Supply, Value addition, Cost reduction & to meet the urgencies.
- Ensure timely supply of items according to KPI and urgencies.
- Keep record of complete documentation i.e. PR,CAPEX, etc.
- To make sure reduction of procurement cost & Logistics Cost.
- Deal with all promotional materials related to company.
- Deal with general procurement materials and Grocery items which are assigned by line manager
- Making and presenting reports of purchase process assigned by line manager on daily, fortnightly and monthly basis
- Close follow up on Pending Purchase order, pending GRNs, pending IGPs on daily basis
- Any other task assigned by line manager.
Competencies & Skills Required:
- Effective Communication Skills Any other task assigned by line manager
- ERP , Microsoft Excel Expert
- Strong Follow up skills and planning
- Sound market knowledge
