Position: Key Account Manager / Vertical Lead

Knowledge & Skills Requirement: 5-7 year experience in B2B Sales/Marketing, targeting Top Corporates & HNWI in Pakistan/region
MBA from LUMS/IBA/Foreign Qualified

Responsibilities

Strategy
• Define and implement vertical specific strategies to grow TPL’s top Corporates and HNWI portfolio
• Collaborate with CSO to push sales priorities in line with TPL Corp growth strategies
• Liaise with BU teams as they develop specialized product bundles, marketing material, and pricing matrix for different products and channels mix
• Coordinate sales activities and help build process flows with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs will be met. This includes making the sales funnel within CRM more comprehensible and actioned

Core Sales
• Build enduring relationships with specified current accounts & identify new accounts to grow business, within the Vertical/s. Hunting, Farming & Retention strategies for assigned verticals/customers.
• Execute sales goals and submit weekly/monthly performance updates to the CSO
• Assure coordination of sales activities with relevant departments within the Group companies to create a smooth customer experience
