Job Description:-
This role involves leading the implementation of sales strategies to drive portfolio growth and customer acquisition within the Priority Lounge. It focuses on overseeing the customer acquisition process, guiding the team in building a strong pipeline, and optimizing lead generation and conversion. Additionally, the role emphasizes portfolio growth through cross-selling initiatives and supporting the team in achieving growth targets. It also includes managing and developing a customer service and sales team, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring operational excellence. Performance monitoring, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement are key aspects of the position.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.
