Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for growth, strategy, and building strong partnerships? United Charter Schools is looking for an experienced Manager – Business Development to lead our expansion in the Northern region.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead the expansion of UCS campuses by designing effective territory and distribution plans
- Present and onboard new investors for the UCS franchise model
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities
- Strengthen and expand the franchise network across the region
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract potential investors
- Monitor key business KPIs to ensure performance and growth targets
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant field
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability in strategy development and market expansion
- Experience in education or franchise sector will be a plus
