JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise overall administration and office operations
  • Manage company assets, utilities, and maintenance of facilities
  • Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordinations.
  • Develop and implement administrative SOP’s
  • Monitor budgets and control administrative expenses
  • Manage EOBI & Social Security of office staff
  • Support management in operational planning and execution

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Leadership and team management
  • Communication and coordination
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
