Job Description and Requirement
Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing email, communicating with clients
• Daily planning
• Agile project management experience is must
• Following and ensuring the process of the project. (supported with project plan and necessary documentation required for the project and client)
• Reporting process of project weekly and monthly
• Beginning of project: Research, set plan and get ready
• During the project: Manage and monitor the project, change strategies and methods to enhance project productivity and quality
• Communicating with Offshore and Onshore teams.
• Ending of project: Summarize and test products before delivering to clients
• To communicate fluently and study Japanese is must
• Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is must for Non Native Japanese
• English is must written and verbal communication as required by business is must
• Company has the right to ask for English Language Proficiency Test

Requirements:

• Bridge SE Level – 1

· Japanese is equivalent to N2, fluent communication.

· At least 03 years of experience in project management to at least 3 Japanese clients for Small and Medium Level Projects.

· Having experience and proficiency in one of the programming languages such as PHP / Java / .Net / iOS / Android, etc.

• Bridge SE LEVEL – 2

· Japanese is equivalent to N3, fluent communication.

· 5 to 7 years of experience in project management to at least 5 Medium Enterprise Japanese clients and 1 Large Japanese Enterprise client’s Project.

· Having experience and proficiency in two of the programming languages such as PHP / Java / .Net / iOS / Android, etc.

· Used to be Team leader.

• Senior Bridge SE

· Japanese is equivalent to or above N4, fluent communication.
