The Role:
- This role will provide support in managing the assigned district’s retail operations, ensuring that the best operational standards related to customer service and compliance are upheld.
- Will ensure compliance with day-to-day retail operational procedures of assigned outlets.
- Will be responsible for achieving sales targets of assigned shops.
What Are We Looking For?
- Business Graduate with 3+ years’ experience in a leading retail or FMCG company in a similar capacity.
- Basic analytical, decision-making, and planning skills, along with familiarity with customer service standards.
- Should have excellent grasp of MS Excel.
