Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shops Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail shops. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, managing labor law issues and supervising shop maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Conduct regular shop audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with internal audit teams and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes
- Manage labor law-related issues, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
- Oversee shop maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
