- Develop an IT governance framework aligned with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, and information security.
- Lead IT strategy development and execution, leveraging emerging technologies to support digital transformation and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the PMO for successful and timely IT project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and standards.
- Monitor IT performance, manage risks, and report to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the IT team, promote innovation, and manage relationships with vendors and regulators for secure IT service delivery.
