1. Develop an IT governance framework aligned with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, and information security.
2. Lead IT strategy development and execution, leveraging emerging technologies to support digital transformation and competitive advantage.
3. Oversee the PMO for successful and timely IT project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and standards.
4. Monitor IT performance, manage risks, and report to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Lead the IT team, promote innovation, and manage relationships with vendors and regulators for secure IT service delivery.
