- Work with production team to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Should practice lean manufacturing system, 5S & KAIZEN.
- Should have analytical & problem-solving approach.
