𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, preferably within Dyeing & Processing / Textile Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager – Production Planning (Dyeing & Processing) to lead departmental production planning and ensure smooth, timely, and efficient execution of dyeing and processing operations in alignment with centralized planning and organizational delivery targets.
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨
- Overlook departmental production planning in alignment with Centralized Planning, ensuring feasibility, capacity optimization, and execution discipline.
- Act as a key coordination focal point between Central Planning, Weaving, Processing Sections, and Cut-to-Pack to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
- Strategically align dyeing operations with greige availability, machine capacity, utilities, and manpower to support organizational delivery targets.
- Drive proactive coordination with the Weaving Department to ensure timely greige availability and resolution of quality or supply constraints.
- Ensure integrated execution across all processing sections, including Dyeing and Finishing, for smooth process continuity.
- Collaborate with Cut-to-Pack / Dispatch teams to ensure on-time release of finished fabric as per committed schedules.
- Coordinate with the Lab Department to ensure timely shade approvals, lab-to-bulk consistency, and adherence to customer specifications.
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to safeguard delivery timelines.
