Education:
• Master’s degree in business from a reputable institution
Personality / Skills:
• Age up to 30 years
• 4 – 6 years of experience in corporate business development
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
Role & Responsibilities:
• Make plan to achieve his assigned target and execute it effectively
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with corporate clients to achieve assigned business targets
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements; and offer customized solutions to fulfil their needs
• Resolve and escalate areas of concern raised by the clients
• Explore new markets and opportunities to improve short and long-term business growth
• Provide excellent customer services to the clients to retain and to ensure business continuity
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
