Job Description of PR Manager in OPPO South Asia Team

Responsibilities:

1. PR Strategy and Campaign
   Help Overseas Brand Manager to build up the PR strategy for the product launching, marketing campaign and brand evolution in local market. Generate PR topics, campaign and execute them during the campaign.
2. Media Relations
   Build up good relationship with IT, Fashion, Lifestyle, and Photography bloggers;
   Maintain good relationship with IT, News, Lifestyle media.
3. Content Generation and Translation
   Have to generate English PR materials, and translate into local language materials if required (Reviews, PR articles, Press Release etc.)
4. Internal Communication
   Be the contact person to inform OPPO employees internally about the corporate news/campaign, also collect market news from employees and decide what action need to be taken.
5. Media Monitor
   Monitor media report and take action of PR crisis.
6. Other Works
   Finish other works related with PR which required by Marketing & Brand Head

Requirements:

l Education: Bachelor degree or above in marketing or journalism related subjects.
l Language: Native speaker, fluency in English is mandatory.
l Experience: 3-5 years practical experience in journalism or PR fields; must have a lot of media contact.
l Communication: Good communication skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental co-ordination context.
l Personality: Good team-player; Driven, self-motivated, careful, passionate and hard-working in the role of PR management.
