At Multinet, we are looking for Data Center Engineer in Islamabad office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
 Monitor & maintain data center IT & power network as per standards.
 Monitor & manage day to day operations of data centers.
 Ensure that data Center SOPs are followed in day to day operations.
 Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are followed accordingly.
 Work with support ticketing systems, manage assigned tickets and provide appropriate follow up, resolve with meeting service catalog guidelines.
 Manage and maintain all data center documentation.
Requirements:
 BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
 Fresh or 1+ year experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
 Experience with Emerson, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU and environmental control hardware
(HVAC units) will be preferred.
 Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
 Must be willing to work in rotating shift.
