At Multinet, we are looking for Data Center Engineer in Islamabad office.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitor & maintain data center IT & power network as per standards.
Monitor & manage day to day operations of data centers.
Ensure that data Center SOPs are followed in day to day operations.
Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are followed accordingly.
Work with support ticketing systems, manage assigned tickets and provide appropriate follow up, resolve with meeting service catalog guidelines.
Manage and maintain all data center documentation.
Requirements:
BS Electrical/Electronics Engineer
Fresh or 1+ year experience in Tier-II/Tier-III data center operations
Experience with Emerson, Eaton & APC UPS, PDU and environmental control hardware
(HVAC units) will be preferred.
Must have strong communication skills to deal with domestic & International clients.
Must be willing to work in rotating shift.
