We’re hiring! Lead Trainer – Aftersales
The Role:
Develop & Deliver Training Programs
Design, customize, and conduct technical and soft-skills training for technicians, engineers, service advisors, and sales teams.
Training Needs Assessment & Effectiveness
Identify skill gaps and monitor employee progress.
Evaluate training impact using assessments and feedback.
Hands-On & Classroom Training
Deliver practical and theoretical sessions on:
Automotive diagnostics
New vehicle features
Safety standards
Customer service
Training Management & Reporting
Prepare training budgets and track training activities.
Generate reports for management review.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 8–10 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry with in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive technologies, troubleshooting, and industry best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.

We’re hiring! Deputy Manager – Assembly
The Role:
- Oversee daily assembly operations, coordinate with teams, and optimize resources to meet production targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure quality standards, address defects with QA, and maintain compliance with SOPs.
- Supervise and train assembly staff, enhance engagement, and improve team performance.
- Enforce workplace safety, conduct risk assessments, and maintain an organized environment.
- Prepare reports, coordinate with departments, and suggest long-term assembly improvements.
Requirements:
✔ B.E in Mechanical/Automotive from a reputed institute with 8 years of assembly experience.
✔ Strong expertise in production planning, lean manufacturing, quality control, and team leadership.
✔ Proficient in problem-solving, process optimization, and safety compliance.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
