Position: “PPC Deputy Manager” (Garments Division)
Ideal candidate should have:
• Master Degree/ BS Textile Engineering
• 4-6 Years’ Experience
Skills Required:

• Interpersonal relations& Teamwork: Must be presentable.
• Functional Knowledge: Customer service oriented.
• Organizational Skills: Target Oriented.
• Motivation: Highly self-motivated.
• Quality: Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Extensive knowledge of technology including process flow.
• Extensive knowledge of fabric qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure on time delivery of Garments to Customer in coordination with all internal concerned teams
• Prepare monthly / weekly / daily / production Plan and issue to respective departments
• Prepare material procurement Plan and schedules to Vendors and MMC
• Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material
• Ensure smooth flow of material and maintain inventory levels to achieve Production Targets
• Present monthly / Quarterly Production over view to Managing Directors
• Monitor Inventory status and generate inventory reports to management

Position: “Assistant Manager PPC” (Garments Division)
Ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Textile Engineering will be preferable)
• Candidate must have 2-3 year relevant experience Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate should have strong grip on Before wash and after wash planning
• Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up
• Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
• Setting the production targets and archives on time.
• Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
• Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
• Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning. Implement production planning and update time to time.
• Monitor daily production; make daily production report and tracking section wise production.
• Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.
• Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims accessories and fabrics in-house status.
• Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
