Position Title: People Services Executive
Location: Lahore
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in HR (recommended)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the People Services team by handling day-to-day HR Operations and tasks.
- Prepare reports on personnel activities like recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and take meeting minutes.
- Address employee inquiries about HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences, leaves, and bonuses.
- Gather employee complaints and grievances and share them with management.
- Assist in recruiting by coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
- Help source candidates and update the candidate database.
