We are seeking a skilled Cereal Extruder Operator with at least 3 years of experience in a food manufacturing setting, ideally with a background in extruder plant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor cereal extrusion equipment to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production specifications.
· Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
· Accurately complete daily production and quality checklists, following all required documentation standards.
· Review and interpret machine manuals and operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation.
· Work closely with the quality and production teams to identify and resolve issues.
· Ability to read and understand machine manuals and technical documents.
· Strong ability to follow instructions and complete checklists accurately.
· Familiarity with food safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
· Ability to troubleshoot machinery and resolve production issues promptly.
