Iqra University is looking to hire a Community Engagement Executive.
JD:
- To respond to inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner.
- To monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media
- To coordinate with relevant departments to answer queries.
- To stay up-to-date with all the admissions and events information.
- To assist manager corporate-level internal communication and student recruitment campaigns.
- To assist the manager in managing the OIU’s owned marketing and communications channels such as the website, corporate social media channels (Presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and the University & courses database.
- To maintain community relations activities and initiatives.
- To stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
- Call operations, in order to reach out to IU’s registered/unregistered leads.
