INTECH Process Automation is looking for “Asst. Manager Taxation” (mandatory experience on US international tax laws and principles
What You Will Do:
- Assist and, in some cases, lead international tax planning and special projects in INTECH Worldwide Operations
- Research, analyze, interpret and apply outbound US international tax laws and principles
- Prepare tax models, calculations, and research memoranda
- Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisers on the various U.S. and other international tax issues
- Review, assist and provide technical expertise with regards to international income tax compliance (Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, 8858, disclosures, and related forms and calculations.) – – Identify emerging international tax issues and determine the potential impact on the company in all jurisdictions
- Assist local country Manager with local tax issues, including US tax impact
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 to 5 years of industry experience
