HiTech Machinery is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Procurement to join our team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international sourcing of machinery, packaging, filling-line equipment and molds.
- Evaluate suppliers, quotations, pricing, quality and commercial terms. Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and contracts.
- Coordinate technical discussions, drawings, mold development, trials and testing with international suppliers.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure machinery/molds meet customer requirements. Handle after-sales support, warranty issues and replacement orders.
- Support Sales with customer inquiries, quotations, proposals and ongoing projects.
- Lead the Procurement team and coordinate with Sales, Technical teams and suppliers.
Key Requirements
- 6–8 years of international procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of machinery, industrial equipment amp; molds.
- Experience in international sourcing, import procurement amp; OEM/vendor management.
- Strong supplier negotiation and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
