Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Lab Chemist for its Operations Department based at Mehmoodkot and Machike.
This position is responsible to sample POL products, cost optimization without compromising quality assurance, timely calibrate the equipment, maintain good HSSE standards, housekeeping, proper arrangement of samples and record, minimize the errors and overcome the troubleshooting.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure sampling of product either received through TLs or Retail Outlets.
- Implement cost rationalization and measures without compromising on quality & HSSE standards.
- Regular calibration of the equipment being used by operation staff for operational activities.
- Ensure quality of products as per standard and SOPs by conducting regular tests and keeping sample for HDIP.
- Compliance with HSSE standards, policies, checklists.
- Maintain housekeeping of laboratory at all times.
- Ensure to keep the sampling record of product.
- Ensure accurate and proper working of laboratory equipment and minimizing the error if any.
EDUCATION BSc, MSc – Chemistry
LOCATION Mehmoodkot, Machike
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2–3 years with omc or refinery lab experience is mandatory.
- Experience in reporting quality and quantity of petroleum product/sample.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an Area Sales Manager/Territory Manager for its Retail Fuel Sales department based at Karachi
The candidate will be responsible for sales activities in the assigned region with particular emphasis on identifying potential opportunities for new site development, managing sales of commissioned sites, ensuring sales and customer service standards, and managing stakeholders including retailers and key institutions. Should also be able to maintain HSSE standards.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommend credit facilities for retail sales, track payment cycle, and ensure timely recoveries.
- Report monthly sales performance against targets to senior management.
- Identifying commercially and technically viable dealer sites for COCO conversion.
- Responsible for the commissioning of new retail sites.
- Ensure staying on top of lease expiry / renewals, franchise agreements, COCO agreements to timely manage company exposure.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE standards for safe and standardized operations on sites.
- Maintain close liaison with the dealers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of petroleum products from company depots and refineries.
- Ensure all dealers agreements are current and facilitate the renewal of franchise agreements and other dealer agreements.
- Responsible for registration of pump leases and their franchise agreements.
EDUCATION BBA / MBA
LOCATION Karachi
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience preferably of an omc.
- Knowledge of sales reporting, planning and analytics.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
