Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly plan in consultation with Head of Monitoring & Evaluation
- Conduct monitoring visits in different districts across the country
- Monitor and quality assurance spot checks on respective project site
- Monitoring visits to implementing partners for data clarifications
- Coordinates with field implementers regarding reports and Monitoring & Evaluation activities
- Work on Monitoring & Evaluation systems to update data/reports
- Assess all trainings, verification of the participants & develop reports
- Regular coordination with field team to identify the gaps in their capacity for data recording and provide them guidance as per protocols
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBBS/ Graduate with relevant experience
- 2 Years of experience in field monitoring
