Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Manager – Warehouse & Distribution based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
· Strategically build and lead the warehouse & distribution team in an atmosphere that assigns outcome and controls processes.
· Look after overall inventory management, planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of warehouse activities.
· Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all materials and ensure that inventory stock is up to date.
· Oversee safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of requested stocks.
· Ensures all requisitions and sales orders are timely delivered and record in the inventory.
· Ensures the stock are maintained properly and delivered the stock as per Greenstar’s FEFO (First Expiry First Out) Policy.
· Providing necessary material for packing operations.
· Coordinating with production people to organize them for filling the market demand without any delay.
· Bridging the gap between the warehouse and the procurement for smooth and un- interrupted supplies of material and packaging to avoid any stock out condition at warehouse level.
· Coordinating with sales & marketing team for getting their realistic targets for upcoming production planning,
· Identify the obsolete, dead, and slow-moving stock from the system and submit the quarterly reports to all stakeholders.
· Evaluate and support safety & security and ensure warehouse is kept neat and orderly.
· Ensure monthly closing of all sales orders, all goods receiving notes (GRNs) are properly closed.
· Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
· Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
· To avoid any inconsistency afterwards, conduct inventory physical count on regular quarterly basis.
· Ensure annual warehouse audit is conducted smoothly with zero audit findings.
· Ensure incinerations of expired stocks have been timely done.
· Any other task(s) as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Master’s degree or MBA Supply Chain Management
- At least 4 – 5 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management

- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Work as part of a team with other departments.
- Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints to work with cost effective methodologies.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Intermediate/ Graduate, Graphic designing courses/ diploma
- 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Graphics typography, photography and new developments in design
