Farmway Foods is looking for an experienced Manager HR to join its team in Sheikhupura.(Hybrid)
The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can effectively manage core HR operations while working closely with Operations to strengthen labor deployment, workforce planning, productivity, and HR best practices.

🎓 Qualification: MBA – HR
💼 Experience: 5–7 years,
Preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment
Key Focus Areas:
- HR strategy, policies & compliance
- Recruitment, onboarding & talent management
- Employee relations & performance management
- Labor deployment & workforce optimization
- Close coordination with Operations on best practices
- Strengthening HR systems and processes
