Electro Polymers Pvt Ltd Jobs Executive Operations:
We are looking to hire an “Executive Operations”.
Responsibilities:
· Develop documents to analyze production metrics and data to determine areas for improvement.
· Oversee daily floor operations.
· Check all machines and maintenance logs of the department.
· Assist the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to correspond with machine manufacturers/suppliers for machine troubleshooting.
· Identify and advance quality and process improvement opportunities.
· Oversee daily production targets and manage downtime carefully.
· Assist in machine installation as needed.
· Responsible for corresponding with machine manufacturers/suppliers for machine troubleshooting.
· Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
· Proactively anticipate import delivery times and identify potential shortages.
· Conduct daily monitoring of dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient processes.
· Track and monitor departmental expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
· Fresh or 1 year of relevant experience.
