Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition and OD (AM TAOD):
Location: DHA Raya-Lahore
Reports to: Manager – TAOD
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and hire top talent for the organization
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and application tracking
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Support in implementing organizational development initiatives
- Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Support in implementing Decibel at organization level.
Eligibility criteria:
1)MBA-HR/MHRM with 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
2) Experience in Technical(Plant) and Commercial recruitment will be preferred..
3) Excellent communication skills
