Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited is looking for talented candidates for its Product Development & Marketing Department having the following particulars:
Department: Product Development & Marketing
Job Title: Officer/Senior Officer (EMLAAK Operations)
Nature of Position: Permanent
Experience: Two years or above of relevant experience in Asset Management Companies would be a major distinguishing factor.
Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s in Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounting would be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
The resource would be required to
· Process account openings, transactions and related requests received via EMLAAK portal and mobile app(s).
· Verify forms of account opening, sale of units, redemption of units, conversion of units, NAVs of assigned funds for transactions received via EMLAAK.
· Liaise with Trustee for transfer of funds against transactions received in EMLAAK.
· Liaise with AMC contact persons with regard to any matter related to the processing of EMLAAK’s business functions.
· Work closely with the in-house application development team as well as technical partner teams for planned development and fixation tasks related to EMLAAK.
· Perform User Acceptance Testing of new features and issue resolutions.
· Correspond with AMC regarding setup of mutual funds (add/edit).
· Correspond with AMC regarding portfolio synchronizations and corrections.
· Ensure synchronization of fund positions on EMLAAK with those on MUFAP.
· Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve issues and queries related to EMLAAK
