Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited is looking for suitable profiles for their Operations and Customer Support Services Department having following particulars:
Position Level: Customer Support Officer – Call Center
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: At least 01 year or above (Call Center Experience in Capital Market / Bank will be preferred)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for following duties:
· Answering incoming calls of customers.
· Responding to emails and resolving complaints.
· Registering queries in CRM and following-up with department for the timely resolution of queries.
· Assist in preparing daily report and monthly MIS report.
Soft Skills Required:
· Proficient in written and verbal communication (English and Urdu language).
· Manage time effectively and active listening skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and organized.
· Creative and result oriented.
· Positive attitude towards learning and development.
· Team Player
