Experience: Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in preparation of bids for large-scale Industrial, Commercial, oil & gas projects.
Software Skill: Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, PM Software.

Job Description:
- Minute study of RFQs/Tenders and seeking clarifications from clients to understand their requirements and quality standards.
- To seek technical clarifications from client, conduct Pre-Bid Meetings and Site Surveys.
- Cost-Estimation of Industrial/Commercial/MEP Projects including material, manpower, administrative expenses, and other requirements.
- Preparation of bids/quotations.
- Complete proposal and tender documentation.
- Preparation of BOQs and material take off (MTO).
- Project Budgeting and Planning.
- Guiding and providing technical assistance to project teams regarding SOWs.
- Advance knowledge of other engineering disciplines i.e. mechanical and civil for consolidation of project bids that are not entirely Electrical, I&E, or MEP.
Other Skills:
- Leadership ability to best utilize the team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
