Position:Admin Assistant/Officer
Location: (18km Multan Road) Near Thokar Niaz Baig
Qualification: BA/B.com
Experience: 1 year or 3 (Maximum)
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
1-To monitor daily attendance and absenteeism of the factory staff.
2-Responsible to supervise the transportation for pick & drop for factory labor.
3-Maintain the factory discipline by implementing administrative policies and procedures
4-Keep close coordination with all the departments
5-Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
5-Responsible for completing documentation of new joiners and send to HR for record
