Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations for construction projects located Karachi Based Project sites as required by the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality execution of all construction activities, within budget and in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Title: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
- Location: Project Site – Karachi
- Qualification: B.E. / B.S. (Civil Engineering)
- Application Deadline: 15-10-2026
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years (Port/Marine experience preferred)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Market Competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all on-site construction activities; synchronize with overall PMO.
- Coordinate effectively with planning, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Track and control project schedules, budgets, and progress milestones.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety, quality, risk, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and project execution.
- Excellent understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements for construction sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (AutoCAD preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring smooth execution of all civil works.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely task completion.
- Ensure all work is carried out per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports, escalating delays and issues to management.
- Oversee proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials across all site operations.
- Enforce quality standards, safety procedures, and compliance throughout all construction activities.
- Track staff attendance, productivity, and discipline while supporting overall project planning efforts.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and execution procedures.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and BOQs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Familiar with quality control practices and site safety standards and requirements.
- Capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously and performing effectively under pressure.
