POSITION: Officer, Shariah Compliance
Takaful Operations, Lahore
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Shariah compliance across Window Takaful Operations and Products.
- Conduct Shariah reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Support Shariah governance, policies, and Fatwa implementation.
- Review products and deliver Shariah compliance awareness.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Jurisprudence (Shariah / Usul al-Fiqh), Islamic Banking, or a related field.
- 02 to 04 years of compliance experience, including at least 1 year in a Window Takaful or Islamic Banking environment.

POSITION: Joint Manager Finance & Taxation Lahore
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation & filing of monthly Sales Tax/ FED returns and quarterly advance income tax.
- Responsible for booking and treasury deposits of all tax payments and withholding taxes.
- Prepare data for income & sales tax notices, secure fund exemptions, and act as a primary liaison with tax consultants and regulatory departments.
- Reconciliation of sales tax against claim payments to identify variation, certificate issuance, and amount recovery from non-compliant vendors.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Preferably M.Com / ICMA/ CA Inter.
- 2–4 years of experience in taxation, preferably with exposure to Sales Tax, FED, and Income tax compliance in Pakistan.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws, including Sales Tax, FED, and Income Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
