Are you an experienced professional in stitching planning operations, ready to take on a leadership role? Yunus Textile Mills Ltd. (YTML) is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Manager Stitching Planning.
Qualification: Graduation/Masters
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee planning operations for stitching units.
-Conduct business and capacity analysis.
-Perform BIG ROCK analysis for risk assessment.
-Review production plans with the team.
-Monitor planned productivity and OTIF.
-Analyze and improve OTIF factors.
-Address shortfalls and implement Kaizen.
-Optimize inventory.
-Collaborate with various teams.
-Drive SNOP and digitalization initiatives.
-Develop and evaluate the team.
-Work on automation projects.
-Provide strategic planning support for profitability and growth.
