We are looking to add a member to our Quality Assurance (Store) team, who is an expert in conducting inspections through Quality Performance indicators and processes monitoring, product capability evaluations, performance reporting and benchmarking best practices. A good fit for this role would be ideally someone who has the ability to play a pivotal role in elevating the business to create a benchmark amongst best industry practices.
The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Execute all accessories verification and check processes according to IGP and GRN
- Inspect accessories based on AQL and match with the requirements of the art work and the Tech Pack
- Manage the accessories rejection process and liaison with the Marketing & MMC team to complete the return process
- Support the production team to effectively incorporate quality checks into the system, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained which meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on matters of quality check and approval of accessories
- Report product quality satisfaction indicators and incorporate feedback of customer
- Perform all the required testing to evaluate the accessories as per quality standards
- Keep a record of the required documentation for every product and report important updates
- Good interpersonal, multitasking, analytical and pressure handling skills and has an ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership
- Has at least 1 to 3 years of (relevant) experience in the Quality Assurance (Store) department of an apparel manufacturing concern.
Qualification Requirements: Masters/Bachelor’s of Quality Management or an equivalent qualification.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
