NayaPay is on the lookout for a skilled Android Developer to be a valuable part of our growing team!
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of Android development experience, with at least 1 year of Kotlin.
- Proven experience with at least 2 published apps on the Play Store (provide valid links).
- Expertise in MVVM or Clean Architecture and familiarity with the latest design patterns.
- Proficiency with Android Jetpack Libraries, Dependency Injection, and Unit Testing.
- Experience with Version Control Systems (VCS) like GitHub or GitLab.
- Knowledge and experience in XMPP and/or WebSockets.
Responsibilities:
- Writing scalable and testable code with a strong emphasis on security.
- Developing new features and enhancing existing modules using best practices and industry standards.
- Ensuring app performance, security, and compatibility with the latest Android OS versions.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring app usage metrics and collecting user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain smooth app operation.
- Contributing to project planning, estimation, and risk management.
